Legal and privacy notice

When you choose light or dark mode, the browser stores the "adria-theme" key in localStorage with the value "light" or "dark". It does not identify anyone, is not sent to the server, and can be removed through your browser settings.

If you contact me by email or LinkedIn, I will process the data you choose to include: name, contact details, company, role, and message.

I will use it to reply, assess the project or job offer, and manage the necessary communications.

If you enquire about hiring me in your own name, the basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request. If you hire me, it is performing that contract.

If you contact me on behalf of a company, I process the necessary professional contact details on the basis of legitimate interest. The purpose is to manage the relationship with that company, not to contact you personally.

For other professional enquiries, the basis is my legitimate interest in responding and managing the contact. I will also process the data needed to meet applicable legal obligations.

I will keep messages while they are needed to manage the conversation or professional relationship. They may then remain restricted for as long as required to address potential legal liabilities.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Its Email Routing service receives emails sent to my professional address and forwards them to Gmail. Google provides the inbox where I receive and reply to them.

If you choose LinkedIn, your messages are also handled on that platform. LinkedIn is the controller for its own data processing, as set out in its privacy policy.

I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing campaigns.

Cloudflare, Google, and LinkedIn may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their policies describe using the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for transfers covered by their certifications. They also provide for standard contractual clauses for other transfers, depending on the circumstances.

Cloudflare processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as the IP address, requested URL, date, time, and basic connection data. I do not use this data to build profiles or measure your browsing.

The purpose is to keep the site available and secure, on the basis of legitimate interest.

You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction, or portability where applicable. Email me with the subject "Privacy". You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

I do not make automated decisions or build profiles from data received through this site.
